TCHS Assistant Principal

My name is Bill Wood and I am proud to be the Assistant Principal at Telfair County High School. I have been employed with the school system for 24 years. I come to work each day excited to assist the faculty and students in having a successful school year. I am proud of the quality education we provide at Telfair County High School. Parents and students need to understand that we strive for excellence at TCHS!

I was born, raised, and educated in Telfair County. I graduated from TCHS way back in 1985. I received a BBA in Business Administration from Georgia College and later added on Middle Grades Education. I received my Master of Science in Education from Walden University. I later received my Educational Specialist in Leadership from Georgia College and State University. I am married to Gwen Wood and have two beautiful daughters, Sierra and Alaina.
